Hello, I would like to inquire about recommendations for replacing our current budgeting software. Currently, we use Microsoft Forecaster, which integrates relatively easily with our accounting software, Microsoft Dynamics GP. However, Microsoft will stop releasing updated versions of Forecaster in the coming years, which means its compatibility with GP will gradually decline over time.

I have advocated for a comprehensive overhaul of our accounting software, moving to a cloud-based Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system that has robust accounting and analytical capabilities. However, I am not sure which combination of software would be most reasonable and cost-effective. It should be noted that we are a nonprofit organization and typically have limited funds allocated to technology needs. Nevertheless, in recent years, leadership has been pushing for enhanced real-time visibility and insights into financial performance. I hope to find an excellent software solution that can achieve this goal while also working well with budgeting/forecasting tools. Thank you in advance for your help!
