I am looking for a way to show business unit directors the financial performance profit and loss statement for their unit, which is tracked via the 'Class' feature in QuickBooks. Ideally, this report should be viewable in real time, or automatically exported and emailed to them daily.
We are using QuickBooks Enterprise Desktop and have upgraded to the current version. However, it is not possible to restrict an actual QuickBooks user account to view only a single class—a limitation that is necessary for the current requirement. Therefore, we can only consider some export solution or a third-party tool.
Does anyone have any feasible ideas or suggestions?
