Seeking Experiences with Expensify, Expensecloud, Replicon, Concur, or TimeSmart
A 10-person company spread across three states is considering either the Replicon all-in-one solution or a combination of Expensify/Expensecloud/Concur with TimeSmart when selecting online tools for expense management, timesheets, and PTO, and is seeking real-world user feedback.
We are a company with only 10 employees, but our offices span three states. We are currently looking for an online solution that allows employees to submit PTO (paid time off) requests, timesheets (this feature is lower priority, only a few consultants need it), and expense reports to their supervisors. Expense tracking needs to integrate with QuickBooks.
We are evaluating two options: one is to adopt an all-in-one product from Replicon (which provides a unified interface for the three modules mentioned above); the other is to combine standalone expense management tools (such as Expensify, Expensecloud, Concur, etc.) with TimeSmart. We would greatly appreciate any real-world experience you can share about these services.
