Concur Expense Reporting Reviews & User Experiences

We are about to collaborate with Concur to automate our expense reporting process. Before the official launch, we want to understand the actual experiences of other companies using Concur, especially those who have completed deployment or have been long-term users. Therefore, we are soliciting feedback from the community about Concur, including but not limited to: the completeness of product features, the level of support during implementation, the ease of use for employees, the integration effectiveness with existing financial systems, and any challenges or shortcomings that may be encountered.

If you have used Concur's expense reporting module or have direct experience with its vendor services, we welcome you to share your observations. Your responses will help us assess whether this vendor is suitable for our business needs and proactively avoid potential risks. All feedback is for internal decision-making reference only and does not involve any commercial promotion.

We are particularly interested in the following aspects:

  • Is Concur's interface design intuitive, and is the learning curve for employees high?
  • How is the stability and feature coverage of the mobile application (if any)?
  • Is the approval process configuration flexible, and can it adapt to different departments' reimbursement policies?
  • Is the integration with SAP, Oracle, or other ERP systems smooth?
  • How are the customer support response speed and problem-solving efficiency?
  • Are there hidden costs or pitfalls in the contract terms?

We understand that each company's usage scenario is different, so feedback from any perspective is valuable. Whether it is positive experience or negative lessons, please describe it truthfully. If specific data or cases are involved, please ensure the information is accurate and indicate the time range.

Finally, after the evaluation is completed, we will summarize the opinions from all parties and may further engage in in-depth discussions with some respondents. Thank you for your participation and contribution.
