Enterprise ERP and Financial Software Selection Consulting: Considerations for Migrating from QuickBooks
A technology/software industry professional is seeking an accounting system to replace QuickBooks to support consolidation of overseas entities, multi-currency processing, Salesforce integration, and ASC 606 revenue recognition. Preliminary evaluations have been conducted on Dynamics GP/365, NetSuite, Acumatica, Sage Intacct, and SAP Business One, with significant price differences, and user feedback on implementation and services is now being sought.
Hello, I come from the technology/software industry and would like to inquire whether any peers have recently successfully implemented a new accounting system. Our company is currently planning to migrate from QuickBooks, and our core requirements include: support for overseas entities and multi-currency consolidated reporting, integration with Salesforce, and revenue recognition processes compliant with ASC 606—these three are our top priorities.
To date, we have conducted preliminary research on the following products: Dynamics GP, Dynamics 365, NetSuite, Acumatica, Sage Intacct, and SAP Business One. From a functional standpoint, these systems all appear to meet our basic requirements. However, in terms of pricing, the differences are quite noticeable: NetSuite and Sage Intacct have the highest quotes, Acumatica and SAP Business One fall in the middle range, while the Dynamics series (GP/365) is relatively the most economical.
Here, I would like to ask everyone: has anyone actually used these products under similar requirements as mentioned above? Whether it is about experiences during the implementation process, overall customer service experience, or ease of daily use, any feedback or suggestions would be extremely valuable to us. Looking forward to your sharing, thank you very much!
