Workplace Environment and Direct Supervisors: Which Factors Most Affect Employee Satisfaction?
A manager who has just joined a new company wants to understand employees' general likes and dislikes regarding the work environment and direct supervisors, in order to build a more satisfying and successful team. He candidly admits he is familiar with his old team but not yet with the new one, and thus seeks advice from peers.
What aspects of your current workplace and direct supervisor do you most appreciate or find most unsatisfactory?
I just joined a new company and want to understand what others truly value or strongly dislike about their supervisors or work environments, so I can make my team as satisfied and successful as possible.
I know the old team at my previous company, but I hope to gain some fresh ideas about the new team, which I am not yet very familiar with.
